Who we are

Booth Royale is a photo booth rental service operating in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. Questions any time: hello@boothroyale.ca.

What we collect

When you submit our availability form, we receive the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, guest count, venue or city, package interest, and your message. If you correspond with us by email or book an event, we also hold the information exchanged in that process, such as your event details and booking agreement.

We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this website, and we set no tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Netlify) processes standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, as part of serving the site and receiving form submissions.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, check availability, prepare proposals, deliver our services, send your event gallery, and manage bookings and payments. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Photos taken at events

Photographs taken in the booth are delivered to guests during the event and to the event host in an online gallery afterward. We do not publish photographs of you or your guests in our marketing without written permission from the event host.

Who we share information with

Your information is handled by the service providers we use to operate: Netlify (website hosting and form submissions), Google Workspace (email), and HoneyBook (proposals, agreements, and invoicing). Each processes data under its own privacy terms. We share information beyond this only if required by law.

Retention and your rights

We keep inquiry and booking records only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@boothroyale.ca, and we will respond promptly in accordance with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
