Mississauga venues tend to have generous load-in and on-site parking, which makes setup simple. Waterfront rooms in Port Credit can be tighter, so an eight-by-eight footprint and a nearby outlet are worth confirming with your coordinator. We are on site ninety minutes before doors either way.
The requirements are the same everywhere: roughly an eight-by-eight-foot footprint, one standard wall outlet, and level ground. No rigging, no special power, no generator. Setup and tear-down never count against your booked hours.
