Vaughan has some of the most beautifully finished banquet rooms in the GTA, and that raises the bar for what you put in them. Ours is solid oak on a wooden tripod with a matching oak print station — it reads as part of the décor rather than as rented equipment parked in a corner. Load-in at the larger halls is straightforward, with parking on site.
The requirements are the same everywhere: roughly an eight-by-eight-foot footprint, one standard wall outlet, and level ground. No rigging, no special power, no generator. Setup and tear-down never count against your booked hours.
